The purpose of HomeFaithFamily.com and its shops is to help you strengthen your family relationships, no matter your circumstances.
This is done by sharing different ideas and faith-promoting encouragement, personal stories, recipes and more. I hope to help you see the beauty in your life and increase your love and service to those within your sphere of influence. Especially as you encourage others to do the same.
As such, I have a number of costs associated with running a blog. Sometimes when you download a free ebook or sign up for a freebie, I earn a small fee from the manufacturer or company. I do accept paid advertising on my blog’s sidebar and use affiliate links in posts when they are available if they benefit my readers.
However, because my integrity is more important than making a quick dollar if it doesn’t benefit you, I WILL NOT post it, no matter how high the offer is for me to do so.
My readers and their interests are my first priority.
On occasion, I do accept opportunities to host giveaways if they benefit you, my readers, and fits well within the sphere of my blog.
Again, my readers are my first priority. I want you to be able to trust that the content you find on HomeFaithFamily.com is not influenced by money but by the needs of the readers. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are solely mine and I do my best to always be honest and forthright in what I share.
If you ever have questions or concerns, please send me an email. I can’t please everyone, but I want to live with integrity so I always welcome your input and constructive criticism.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – PAYMENT
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Third-Party Use of Personal Information
Your personal information is not shared with any other third-party applications.
Information that does not identify you personally may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Will We Share the Personal Information It Collects?
We will not sell, distribute, or reveal users’ email addresses or other personal information without their consent. This does not include third-party partners, such as those listed above.
Modification or Deletion of Personal Information
You can decline to submit personal information at any time. If you decline, we may not be able to continue to provide service to you. You may request deletion of your personal information by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, but in some cases, we may be required to keep your information by law. In such a case, it would no longer be active and would be kept separately in an archive.
SECTION 6 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. [Re: Privacy Compliance Officer]
This policy was last updated November 10, 2018.
1. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the shop's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
attempt to recompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the shop’s web site;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
transfer the materials to another person outside of your household or 'mirror' the materials on any other server. If you share, please share the sign up page or link with discount code, not the actual product.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Home Faith Family at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
You agree that Home Faith Family contains proprietary content that is owned by the company and/or its licencors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing or uploading product files to sharing sites is considered stealing, and the company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The materials on the shop’s website are provided 'as is'. The shop makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the shop does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall the shop be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, damages as a result of an app, platform, or website this shop uses to maintain normal business procedures, or due to business or personal interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the shop's website, even if the shop or an authorized agent of this shop has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
4. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on the shop's website or within products may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The shop does not warrant that any of the materials on its website or in products are accurate, complete, or current. The shop may make changes to the materials contained on its website or within products at any time without notice. The shop does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
The shop has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the shop of the site or its products. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. Governing Law
Any claim relating to the shop's website shall be governed by the laws of the shop owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Affiliate Disclosure
Another way in which I am compensated is through sales or leads generated through affiliate marketing links.
It is important for me to mention that I will never put a link up just to make money. I am extremely picky over what I chose to promote, and everything is prayed over before making my decision. Most of the companies I have affiliate marketing accounts with, are ones that I have personally used myself.
Clicking on an affiliate link and making a purchase or signing up for a service will be earning me a commission if an affiliate link is being used.
9. Payment Policy
You are responsible to pay for the Home Faith Family product in full before receiving the product download (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit/debit card or other payment method. We do not offer a payment plan on our products. Nothing will be shipped to you when you purchase a digital product.
In the case of a system error, you must pay for the product immediately upon discovering the error. If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the company's sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.
10. Technical support
Technical support is not included. You are responsible to make sure that you can open the PDF's, files, or pictures with software on the device you are using. Our products do not work on iphones and some cell phones. We will never ask you to pay an additional fee just to open said files. If you get some sort of message such as that, it is not coming from our shop but something external on your device.
11. Discount Codes
If you have a discount code, only one code is allowed in the system per order. If you are getting two things free, for example, or want to use two discount codes, you'll need to place separate orders.
If you miss the 30 day window to download your item and it is no longer available for free, you can try to see if that product is still free, if so, use the same code and reorder in the shop. If it's not still free and you want the item, you'll want to pay for it.
If you paid a dollar amount for the product and need a replacement link because the 30 day window to download has expired, please contact us and we will send you a new link. We do not offer that service for free items.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
By purchasing in this shop, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
For further questions or information, please contact Micah Klug at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling our main office at 360-499-2031.
