SHIPPING TIMES

Each new physical order will be shipped in a timely manner. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 3-5 business days (for US addresses) and 7-12 days for orders to Canada or overseas depending on your selected shipping preferences. 

Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during promotional events or Holidays.

STANDARD SHIPPING: USA

We ship most US orders via USPS First Class Package, or as requested and paid by our customers, depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.  

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is available for most products in our online store, and is only available for orders within the Contiguous US. Orders placed before 4am PST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 4am PST will be shipped next-business day. We ship Monday-Friday from our local warehouse; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact Guest Services for additional information.

PRICING POLICY

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
